What exactly does KAFK do?
KAFK helps you organise, present and communicate what matters for your business or project.
This can take the form of a website, presentation, document, images, video, sales material or broader consulting support.
Is KAFK only a web agency?
No. Website creation is one of our ready-to-go services, but KAFK also works on communication, project structuring and presentation.
Does KAFK provide consulting?
Yes, when it is directly related to the project, its communication or the way it can be made clearer and more effective.
The aim is not to explain your profession to you, but to help you make better use of what you already know and communicate it effectively.
I don't have a precise brief yet. Is that a problem?
No. A conversation, a few notes, a document, a plan, an idea or even a problem that is not yet clearly defined can be enough to get started.
Part of KAFK’s work is precisely to listen and organise this material before producing anything.
Do you work only with certain sectors?
No. KAFK can work with many different types of businesses.
Technical or complex projects — particularly in construction, architecture, urban planning and industry — are especially well suited to the way we work, because they often require dense material to be made easier to understand.

Yes. KAFK draws on more than 20 years of experience in communication consulting, creation and production.

How much does a KAFK website cost?
A first web project starts from €2,490 excl. VAT.
The price then depends on the scope of the project: content, features, user journeys, illustration, video, specific AI tools or associated communication needs.
The scope and price are agreed with you before work begins.
What is included in a first web project?
KAFK works on understanding your business, website structure, design, mobile experience, content, visitor journey, search engine optimisation and launch.
Depending on the project, additional features or an AI Agent can also be integrated when they provide genuine value.
The first year of hosting is included.
Do you work on search engine optimisation?
Yes. SEO is considered from the design stage: page structure, content hierarchy, titles, copy, technical information and the way search engines understand your activity.
When a project requires a broader or ongoing SEO strategy, this can be provided as a separate service.
When should I request a custom quote?
When the project goes beyond the scope of a first website: platforms, specific features, large volumes of content, multiple audiences, image or video production, dedicated AI tools or a broader communication project.
KAFK defines the scope with you before preparing a proposal.
Will it really bring me customers?
No serious website provider can guarantee a number of customers.
Our work is to make your activity and offer easier to understand, improve visibility and make it easier for visitors to contact you, request a quote, make a booking or take another useful action.
What do I need to provide?
Anything that helps us understand your business: information, offers, documents, existing copy, images or simply your knowledge of your profession.
Your private space allows you to provide these elements progressively. KAFK can then help organise them and turn them into content suitable for the website.
How much time do I need to spend on creating the website?
The process is designed to minimise your workload. You provide the necessary material, we talk when useful and you approve the important stages.
How long does it take to build my website?
It depends on the project, the material available and the features required. The schedule is defined as part of the proposal.
I already have a website. Does KAFK need to replace it?
No. We can create a new website, develop an existing solution or build an additional page, tool or user journey for a specific need.
Who owns my website?
The delivered website uses standard web files. You remain the owner of your website and can change hosting provider or service provider.
The principle is to avoid locking you into a proprietary platform.
Is hosting included?
Yes. The first year of hosting is included with your website.
Is there a mandatory subscription?
No. Website creation is not tied to a compulsory monthly KAFK subscription.
Can I publish news myself?
Yes. When planned as part of the project, the website can include a section allowing you to publish and update news without asking KAFK to intervene.
How does a project start?
You describe your needs through your project space or directly to KAFK. We define the scope with you and then prepare an appropriate proposal before any work begins.

Does every KAFK website include an AI Agent?
No. An AI Agent is integrated when it provides a genuinely useful function for the visitor or your business.
A website can work perfectly well without an AI Agent.
What can an AI Agent do on my website?
It can ask questions, collect information, guide visitors, prepare a quotation request, facilitate a booking, help someone choose or answer questions using the information provided for your website.
Does KAFK develop its own AI tools?
Yes. KAFK develops specialised agents and tools internally, which we use in our consulting, creative and production work.
Some are designed for specific professional sectors, allowing us to work more precisely with their vocabulary, documents and communication challenges.
Do these agents replace professional expertise?
No. They are communication tools. They help us understand, structure, translate, illustrate or make complex material more accessible.
Technical expertise, decisions and professional responsibility remain with the client and the relevant specialists.
Does an AI Agent replace traditional forms?
Not necessarily. It can complement or replace certain steps when a conversation makes it easier to collect the right information.
Is AI Agent usage unlimited?
When an AI Agent is integrated into a website, its usage is defined according to the function and expected volume of the project.
If additional resources are later required, KAFK informs you before any additional charges are applied.
Which artificial intelligence does KAFK use?
KAFK selects the models and services best suited to the required function, cost and project constraints.
Our work is primarily to design the tools, journeys, rules and uses appropriate to the need.
Why use KAFK if I can use ChatGPT myself?
Because a general-purpose tool and a system designed for your activity do not serve the same purpose.
KAFK works on communication, content, user journeys, rules and the integration of the tool into a coherent whole.
AFTER DELIVERY
Your website can evolve. Without a mandatory subscription.
Are delivery-related corrections included?
Yes. Setup and adjustments directly related to delivery are included in the website production.
How much does a small change cost after delivery?
A simple change to an existing website element is charged at €39 excl. VAT: for example, replacing an image, updating information or making a small content adjustment.
What about a larger change?
A more extensive change to an existing part of the website is charged at €69 excl. VAT: for example, updating several pieces of content, revising an existing section or carrying out a larger update.
What if I want to add a new feature or page?
A new page, new feature, restructuring or specific integration is quoted before any work begins.
Will I know the price before the work?
Yes. You are informed of the applicable price before any chargeable work is carried out.

What kinds of needs can KAFK help with?
To clarify a project, prepare a presentation, organise information, develop a proposal, produce communication material or make complex subject matter easier to understand and communicate.
Can I use KAFK just for a meeting or a few hours?
Yes. An assignment can be one-off. There is no need to commit to long-term support.
What if I need KAFK for longer?
That is also possible. The assignment can evolve with your project and your needs. Ongoing support is optional and can stop once the need has been addressed.
What can KAFK produce?
Depending on the need: presentation, document, image, video, animation, web page, website, sales material or meeting material.
Does KAFK use artificial intelligence in its work?
Yes, when it helps us analyse, organise, explore, visualise or produce more effectively.
It remains a tool in service of the project: it does not replace listening, understanding the need or validating important information.
Does KAFK replace an architect, engineer or engineering consultancy?
No. Design decisions, technical data, dimensions and professional expertise remain the responsibility of the client and the relevant professionals.
KAFK’s role is to make this material clearer, more visible, presentable and easier to communicate.
How is the price of a consulting assignment determined?
It depends on the need, the material available, the deliverables to be produced and the level of support required.
The scope and price are agreed before work begins.
What happens to the documents I provide?
The materials provided are used to carry out the relevant assignment.
If the project involves sensitive documents or specific confidentiality or retention requirements, these are defined with you before the work begins.
